BETWEEN BREATH AND BEING

The Study

I study to understand.

This is where curiosity sends me looking for answers, and where those answers sometimes lead to entirely new questions.

I’m studying yoga, meditation, consciousness, tarot, and shamanic traditions. Some ideas have centuries of history behind them. Others are newer interpretations. I’m interested in understanding the difference, examining the sources, and figuring out what I actually think.

The Research Notebook

This is where I keep track of what I’m learning, the questions I’m investigating, and the sources helping me make sense of it all. Some subjects overlap, but each deserves room for its own history, ideas, and traditions.

Three Ways of Exploring

Some questions send me to the books. Others make more sense when I sit with them, practice, or write my way through them. These three spaces are different parts of the same exploration.
